Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting sales teams through data-driven lead conversion strategies, outbound campaign execution, and deal negotiation. They manage the full lifecycle of wholesale orders and coordinate logistics across internal teams and external partners.

The role involves building Excel-based dashboards and reports to track KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics. Additionally, the specialist maintains retail account data, submits new item forms, and monitors sales contractor performance to align with business goals.

Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales operations, logistics coordination, or client support.
  • Experience supporting US-based clients in a client-facing, professional capacity.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data cleaning, dashboards).
  • Strong background in sales psychology and understanding customer buying behavior.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales, email campaign tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Confident communicator and negotiator, able to represent the company effectively.
  • Highly organized, excellent at multitasking, and proactive in managing priorities.

Working Hours

  • US Pacific time 9:00am to 5:00pm (Manila graveyard shift)
